A weekly practice plan turns a broad goal into visible actions. It breaks the goal into retrieval practice, spaced review, feedback, and reflection. These four parts help learners remember more, notice errors sooner, and make progress easier to adjust.

The plan does not need to be complicated. A good weekly plan answers four questions: What will I try to recall? When will I revisit it? How will I get feedback? What will I change next week?

The concept: goals need learning behaviors
